CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Aug. 25 (TNSgov) -- The Center for Biological Diversity posted the following news release on Aug. 24, 2022:
The Center for Biological Diversity and 10 partner organizations petitioned the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service today to protect the yellow-spotted woodland salamander under the Endangered Species Act. Only a few hundred of these salamanders likely remain.
