AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 25 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following proclamation:
WHEREAS, I, GREG ABBOTT, Governor of the State of Texas, do hereby certify that severe storms and significant flooding pose a threat of imminent disaster, including widespread and severe property damage, injury, and loss of life, due to river flooding, flash flooding, and damaging winds in Camp, Culberson, Dallas, Duval, Ellis, El Paso, Henderson, Hopkins, Hudspeth, Kaufman, Kerr, Live Oak, Mario . . .
