HOUSTON, Texas, Aug. 23 -- Squire Patton Boggs, a law firm, issued the following news:

A Squire Patton Boggs team advised FlexGen Power Systems, Inc. ("FlexGen"), a leading energy storage technology platform and solution provider, on FlexGen's agreement to supply advanced energy storage systems and its HybridOS(TM) software for SMT Energy's portfolio of ten energy storage projects in Texas.
