WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- Rep. Josh Gottheimer, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Aug. 22, 2022:
Members of New Jersey's congressional delegation are demanding that the EPA immediately reconsider allocations of federal investment to remove lead from our drinking water systems, so that help can get to where it is most needed. The Members are also asking the EPA to explain how their decision was made and how the agency will avoid repeating this outcome.
