TOPEKA, Kansas, Aug. 17 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release on Aug. 16, 2022:
U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. today released a congressional record he entered in to the U.S. Senate honoring WIBW's Ralph Hipp on his retirement and service providing Kansans with news over his 30 year career in Topeka. In the congressional record Senator Marshall said in part,
