UH to digitize 55,000 rare, endangered native plant specimens

HONOLULU, Hawaii, Aug. 15 (TNSres) -- The University of Hawaii issued the following news release:

A University of Hawaii at Manoa project to digitize tens of thousands of plant specimens from Hawaii, across the vast Pacific Ocean and around the world, received a major boost by the National Science Foundation.
