Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) is announcing a federal grant award of $3,201,270 for the Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority (PARTA) from the Low-No Emissions Bus and Bus Facilities Program administered by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
