WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Carol Miller joined West Virginia Secretary of Transportation Jimmy Wriston to tour the Colonel Ruby Bradley Bridge construction site in Spencer, West Virginia. Located on U.S. Route 33 over Spring Creek, the bridge is named after Colonel Ruby Bradley, who was born in Spencer and is the most decorated woman in United States military history.
