WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Criminal Justice and Counterterrorism issued the following testimony by Weldon Project President Weldon Angelos involving a hearing on July 26, 2022, entitled "Decriminalizing Cannabis at the Federal Level: Necessary Steps to Address Past Harms."
