WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner James Danly on a decision (Docket No. CP22-51-000) involving CNG Holding 1 LLC:

I concur with the Commission's decision to grant CNG HOLDING 1 LLC's petition for a declaratory order, finding that its proposed compressed natural gas facilities and operations will not be subject to the Commission's jurisdiction . . .
