LANSING, Michigan, Aug. 4 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Aug. 3, 2022:

Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Jacob Cunningham maintained a temporary restraining order against 13 prosecutors that prohibits them from enforcing Michigan's 1931 statute criminalizing abortion, Attorney General Dana Nessel announced this afternoon.
