Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) highlighted federal funding he helped bring home to schools in Ohio's 13th Congressional District since the enactment of the American Rescue Plan. This Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funding (ESSER) allowed school districts to reopen and stay open safely, make up for lost time in the classroom, and ensure students received the support needed to succeed. . . .
