Representative Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) released the following statement after the House passed the CHIPS and Science Act to invest in American manufacturing and supply chains. In a vote of 243-187-1, Rep. Kaptur joined 218 House Democrats and 24 House Republicans to pass the bill, which will now be sent to President Biden for signature.
