WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) released the following statement after the Senate passed the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 by an overwhelming vote of 92-2. Many of the West Virginia priorities Senator Manchin fought for were included in the legislation. It also authorizes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to conduct flood control, navigation and ecosystem restoration project . . .
