WASHINGTON, July 29 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement on July 28, 2022, by Commissioner James Danly on a decision (Docket No. CP15-554-010, CP15-555-008) involving Atlantic Coast Pipeline, LLC Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage Inc.:
