WASHINGTON, July 28 -- Rep. Robert J. Wittman, R-Virginia, issued the following news release and letter on July 27, 2022:
Congressman Rob Wittman introduced the No Oil for CCP Act to prohibit the Biden Administration from selling U.S. oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to China and Chinese Communist Party controlled entities.
