WASHINGTON, July 28 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on July 27, 2022:
Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) today introduced H.R. 8505, legislation that would permanently allow the continuation of hospice recertification via telehealth. A two-year extension of this virtual hospice provision was included in H.R. 4040, which passed the House 416 to 12.
