WASHINGTON, July 28 -- Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-North Carolina, ranking Republican member of the House Education and Labor Committee, issued the following news release:
The House passed H.R. 6929, the Susan Muffley Act of 2022, which will force taxpayers to bail out Delphi's underfunded, privately-run pension plans.
