Governor Ned Lamont today announced the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved the State of Connecticut's request to extend Medicaid (known in Connecticut as HUSKY) and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) coverage for twelve months after pregnancy.
