S.C. A.G. Wilson Sues Biden Administration for Threatening to Withhold Nutrition Assistance for Schools

COLUMBIA, South Carolina, July 27 -- South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson issued the following news release on July 26, 2022:

Attorney General Alan Wilson joined 21 other attorneys general in a lawsuit filed today against the Biden administration's new guidance on sex discrimination for schools and programs that receive federal nutritional assistance. The lawsuit names the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and was filed in the Eastern District of Tennessee.
