WASHINGTON, July 26 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), both members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $106,770 from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The funding will support the purchase of 45 skills testing tablets and 25 deaf and hard of hearing communication devices for each West . . .
