WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Deborah Ross, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on July 22, 2022:

Congresswoman Deborah Ross (NC-02) voted to pass the Right to Contraception Act, which establishes a statutory right to obtain contraceptives and for health care providers to provide contraceptives and information related to contraception. 99 percent of women who have been sexually active report having used some form of contraception, and 96 percent of voters support acces . . .
