WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Sen. James M. Inhofe, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release and letter on July 22, 2022:
This week, Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) joined 19 other senators in a letter, led by Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), to U.S. Department of Education Secretary Miguel Cardona criticizing the Administration's proposed changes to Title IX and urging, at a minimum, an extension of the public comment period by 30 days.
