WASHINGTON, July 21 (TNSpol) -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release on July 20, 2022:

The Center for Biological Diversity filed a lawsuit in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals today challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's fuel volume requirements for corn ethanol and other biofuels for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
