WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
The National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2023, supported by Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA), will fund a fleet of Columbia Class Submarines at the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay.
