Congressman John Sarbanes (D-Md.) today voted to pass the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023 to safeguard democracy at home and abroad, increase support for servicemembers and civilians and boost research and development by expanding opportunities at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
