As Gov. Brian Kemp pushes to make his extreme abortion ban law in Georgia, a National Right to Life attorney claimed that under the group's model legislation, the 10-year-old Ohio girl who was raped and had to cross state lines to receive an abortion should have been forced to carry the pregnancy to term.
