AUSTIN, Texas, July 16 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following proclamation:
WHEREAS, I, GREG ABBOTT, Governor of the State of Texas, issued a disaster proclamation on July 8, 2022, certifying that exceptional drought conditions posed a threat of imminent disaster in Andrews, Aransas, Armstrong, Atascosa, Austin, Bailey, Bandera, Baylor, Bee, Bell, Bexar, Blanco, Borden, Bosque, Brazoria, Brewster, Briscoe, Brown, Burnet, Caldwell, Calhoun, Callahan, Cameron, Camp, Castro . . .
