WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Rep. Sanford D. Bishop Jr., D-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) is pleased to announce that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded $135,424 to the Southwest Georgia Regional Airport through its Airport Improvement Program (AIP). This money helps complete the new passenger boarding bridge project at the Albany, Georgia, airport.
