Following the Department of Health and Human Services' memo warning pharmacists that failing to fill prescriptions for abortion pills will violate federal law, Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA), a pharmacist by trade, sounded the alarm on this gross abuse of executive authority.
