WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Sen. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sens. Mark Warner and Tim Kaine (both D-VA) joined Sens. Bob Casey (D-PA), Sherrod Brown (D-OH), and Joe Manchin (D-WV) in introducing the Black Lung Benefits Improvement Act.
