BOSTON, Massachusetts, July 12 -- The Massachusetts Republican Party issued the following news releases:
Massachusetts Republican Party Chairman Jim Lyons announced Monday that he and several other plaintiffs whose claim that making no-excuse universal mail-in voting permanent is unconstitutional was rejected by the commonwealth's highest court will now appeal the decision to the United States Supreme Court.
The SJC has yet to issue its opinion.
