WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has proposed an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to increase pay for service members to match the increased rate of inflation.
