CHARLESTON, West Virginia, July 3 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) and Representatives David McKinley (R-WV), Carol Miller (R-WV) and Alex Mooney (R-WV) announced Hershel "Woody" Williams will lie in state at the U.S. Capitol in the coming weeks.
