WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Sen. Cynthia M. Lummis, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release on June 30, 2022:
U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) released the following statement after the Supreme Court of the United States issued an opinion stating Congress did not give the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the authority to regulate which fuels power plants can use.
