House Energy Subcommittee Issues Testimony From San Jose State University Professor

WASHINGTON, July 1 -- The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Energy issued the following testimony by Dustin Mulvaney, professor of environmental studies at San Jose State University, involving a hybrid hearing on June 22, 2022, entitled "Legislative Hearing to Strengthen Energy Infrastructure, Efficiency and Financing".

Mulvaney is also a fellow at the Payne Institute for Public Policy at the Colorado School of Mines.
