U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) released the following statement following the Supreme Court's ruling in West Virginia v. EPA. The ruling sharply limits the EPA's ability to regulate greenhouse gases and fight climate change, gutting the Clean Air Act, which passed both chambers of Congress with broad, bipartisan support nearly 60 years ago.
