WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Rep. Larry Bucshon, R-Indiana, issued the following news release on June 30, 2022:
U.S. Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. (R-Ind.) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court released its decision regarding West Virginia, et al. v. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
This case affirmed that the Executive Branch cannot usurp Congress's Article I power to write the nation's laws.
