BISMARCK, North Dakota, July 1 -- Rep. Kelly Armstrong, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
Congressman Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) released the following statement on the U.S. Supreme Court decision in West Virginia, et al. v. Environmental Protection Agency. In a 6-3 decision, the court sided with the petitioners, including the state of North Dakota, that the EPA acted outside its congressionally authorized authority by issuing significantly overreaching rules.
