U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) issued the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that EPA exceeded its authority under the Clean Air Act in issuing the Clean Power Plan.
