WASHINGTON, June 29 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) joined Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) in introducing a resolution celebrating the contributions of African Americans to the musical heritage of the United States and designating June 2022 as African American Music Appreciation Month.
