BISMARCK, North Dakota, June 24 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news and letter on June 23, 2022:
Gov. Doug Burgum today requested a presidential major disaster declaration for severe spring storms and subsequent flooding that broke precipitation records, knocked out power to more than 10,000 residents and caused more than $57 million in damage across the state.
