The entire Georgia Congressional delegation, led by U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and U.S. Representative Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA), on Tuesday sent a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra urging him to house the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) headquarters in Georgia.
