WASHINGTON, June 23 -- Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Oregon, issued the following news release on June 22, 2022:
Congressman Earl Blumenauer (OR-03), Suzan DelBene (WA-01), John Larson (CT-01), and Dan Kildee (MI-05) introduced the Affordable and Accessible Infant Formula Act in response to critical infant formula shortages nationwide. As the United States faces a worsening infant formula shortage, the Food and Drug Administration has allowed formula to be imported from around the world. . . .
