WASHINGTON, June 22 -- The House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis issued the following testimony by Richard W. Spinrad, under secretary of Commerce for oceans and atmosphere, involving a hybrid hearing on June 9, 2022, entitled "Turning the Tide for Ocean Climate Action: Unleashing the Climate Benefits of Our Blue Planet".
Spinrad is also the administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
