WASHINGTON, June 21 -- Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Georgia, issued the following news release on June 20, 2022:
The House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee released a report denying the Biden Administration's FY2023 budget request to close the Savannah Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC).
This comes after months of advocacy from Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA), who disputed the Air Force's assessment that the center was underutilized.
