HARTFORD, Connecticut, June 18 -- Connecticut Attorney General William Tong issued the following news release on June 17, 2022:
Attorney General William Tong today announced a $230 million multistate settlement with Mallinckrodt regarding allegations the company knowingly underpaid Medicaid rebates for its drug H.P. Acthar Gel. Connecticut is joined in the settlement by 49 other states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the federal government.
