WASHINGTON, June 18 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement on June 16, 2022, by Commissioner James Danly on a decision (Docket No. RM22-10-000) involving transmission system planning performance requirements for extreme weather:
