BISMARCK, North Dakota, June 18 (TNSper) -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news on June 17, 2022:

Gov. Doug Burgum today appointed entrepreneur Kevin Black of Minot and reappointed business consultant Danita Bye of Stanley to the North Dakota Board of Higher Education.
