WASHINGTON, June 17 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on June 16, 2022:
In an interview this morning with CNBC's Squawk Box, Senator Portman reacted to the Federal Reserve's decision to raise interest rates by 0.75 percent in an effort to combat soaring inflation in this country - an action Senator Portman says is too little, too late.
